CISCO 7914/15/16 Expansion Modules
The Optional Expansion Module provides additional line appearances or speed dials to the standard 7960 Series Phone set. There a few different expansion packs, with minor differences and you can use up to two Expansion Modules per phone. Using the expansion module, you will be able to keep track of calls in progress, calls on hold, and calls that require transfer.
