This training program covers both the 9608 and 9611 Desk phones.  There are a few minor differences between the two phones, and overall the two models are essentially the same in terms of features and functionality. The 9608 model has a lower resolution black and white display, while the 9611 model has a higher resolution color display.  There is a USB Port available only on the 9611 desk phone.
