To put a call on hold, while on a call, press the line appearance button or simply press the Hold button. A flashing green LED will illuminate next to the appearance button indicating that you have a call on hold. If enabled, the caller will hear music; otherwise they will hear double beep tones every few seconds.

To take a caller off hold, scroll the display to return to your held call using the up and down arrow keys. Next, to show your softkey options, select the double-arrow softkey. Then select the Pickup softkey…
