CISCO 6900 Series IP Phone

Our training program for the  Cisco 6900 Series phones, covers the 6921, 6945 and 6961 models. The 6921 has two tri-color illuminated line or feature buttons for call-status indication. The 6941 has four line buttons and a larger LCD screen. The 6945 builds on the 6941 with the addition of Gigabit Ethernet. The 6961 has 12 line buttons, all of which can be configured as a line, speed-dial or a call feature.

Covering Basic and Advanced Call Handling topics, this program can be used to help demo the product itself, as well as train the end-user once the phones have been deployed.
