Your voicemail system is setup by your system administrator.

When you have a voicemail waiting, the light on the right side of your telephone will light up. To check messages from the phone, press the Message key. Listen is the first menu item, you can see at a glance the call count reads, one New message, zero Old, and three Saved messages. You need to use the navigation up and down buttons to view the other options. The first time you log into your voicemail, you should setup your Message, Greeting & Passcode.
